Our One Non-Negotiable
Finally, one policy we hold without exception: funds are only ever sent to a title company or escrow agent. At no point will we send money to anyone else. If we are ever asked to send funds to any party other than a title company or escrow agent, we will terminate the deal immediately. Serious real estate investors will understand why, and we expect they’ll appreciate it.
